Biography
Benudhar Kalita was born in Deurigaaon in the Kampur region of Nagaon District.

Work
Benudhar Kalita fought for India's freedom from the British. He was awarded a Tamra Patra by the Government of India in 1977.

Benudhar Kalita is also a well-known author of historical and biographical books in Assamese. He also has written several novels. Some of his books are:
